I started my Labour Day Weekend with an outdoor family portrait shoot. It was of Laurie, two of her children and her dog, Maggie. It was an early start at the off-leash park just south of John Laurie Blvd. and 19th street here in Calgary and the weather was nice and cool.

By the time I arrived, Laurie was waiting with her son and Maggie. I was informed that Maggie came a bit earlier so that she would be a little less excited by the time I came. Soon after, Laurie’s daughter arrived and we began the shoot.

The park was nice and there were several other dog walkers around! It was such a lovely little park for an outdoor family portrait shoot. Here are a few photos for your enjoyment!

p.s. Maggie decided that she was going to be the star of the day. And what a pampered little cutie she was too!
